Common questions.

Timelines, budget, fit, and what happens after launch, the details clients ask before a first call.

Questions

How long does a typical project take?

A focused marketing site or brand refresh often runs 6–10 weeks. Product UI, custom builds, or multi-phase work can run 3–6 months. We give a realistic range after discovery, not a generic estimate before we understand scope.

What budget should we plan for?

Most Katror engagements start from a defined first phase rather than an open-ended retainer. Share your goals and constraints in the brief; we respond with a scoped proposal, fixed phase, or milestone structure, including options if the budget needs phasing.

Who is Katror a good fit for?

Teams that value clarity over volume: funded startups, established brands refreshing their digital presence, and organisations that want senior practitioners involved throughout, not junior execution behind a pitch deck.

What happens after launch?

We hand over documented code and assets. Many clients continue on Site Care for security updates, monitoring, and iterative improvements. Others take maintenance in-house, we structure launch so either path is clean.

How do we get started?

Submit a brief via Start your project, contact us directly, or hire through Upwork if your procurement requires it. We typically schedule a short discovery call once we have enough context to be useful.

Why katror.xyz instead of .com?

We use katror.xyz as our canonical domain on purpose. .xyz reflects the coordinate-system thinking behind our name, a global, builder-oriented TLD that matches a studio founded in Early 2026. Email, contracts, and the public site all live on the same family. The full rationale lives under About us → Why .xyz.
